Applied/Accepted Teams

The event is still reviewing all team applications for the event after registration deadline on October 1.

Please Note:  Even though your team may have been  "conditionally accepted"  into the  tournament during early registration please understand that the event reserves the right to deny participation, at any time, if your team falls out of compliance.   This includes, but is not limited to, housing, payment, team check-in and team behavior. 

Event staff is reviewing your payments and housing for teams outside 90 miles( * We use the club's business address to assess driving distance.) at this time.

If your team has not been  "conditionally accepted"  into the  tournament at this time your application is still pending for one of these reasons:

1.  Team Application  has not been fully reviewed due to application date.
2.  Payment  has not been made from the club if paying by check.
3.  Hotel Reservations  have not been confirmed for teams outside 90 miles.  * We use the club's business address to assess driving distance.
