Event Support for Teams Currently Registered for an Upcoming Event

All events use a support ticket to help registered teams get answers to the following questions:

  • Team Status
  • Flights
  • Schedules
  • Coaching Conflicts
  • Housing
  • Online Check-IN

Refund and Event Policies

Housing Policies: All tournaments are STAY TO PLAY events and teams are required to book hotels through the event housing service.

Credit Card:  All teams who apply with a credit card  gives  SBD Event Management authorization to charge the payment at anytime up on or before the application deadline.

Tournament Compliance: The event has the right to deny participation, at any time, if your team falls out of compliance without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, housing, payment, team check-in, team behavior and all other tournament rules.

VIP/Hospitality Purchases: All sales are final. No refunds will be given. VIP or Hospitality purchases may be transferred within any event.

College Combines:  All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless the combine is fully canceled.


Event Refund Policy

If a team withdraws prior to acceptance the event will refund all registration fees except the processing fees.

All sales are final once a team is accepted into a tournament. No cash refund will be given.

We know "life" happens and sometimes you can't make an event you signed up for due to multiple reasons: You can defer your registration at no cost to another event or transfer your registration fee to another team in your club prior to flights being officially posted. *The credit can be used for any events hosted by SBD Tournaments or transferred to the same event next year. If selecting a new event it must be prior to the next year event date and cannot be used for an event after that date. Teams must pay any additional registration fees associated with the "new" event.

If the event is fully canceled prior to the start of the tournament there are two options:

1. The event will credit 100% of the registration fee. 
*The credit can be used for any events hosted by SBD Tournaments or transferred to the same event next year. If selecting a new event it must be prior to the next year event date and cannot be used for an event after that date. 
or  

2. 50% cash refunds to be paid within 90 days of the canceled event. *This only includes registration costs less processing fees. 

If the event starts at any point no refunds are given.

COVID-19 Event Protection

In this time of uncertainty 100% of event registration fees (less processing fees) are protected if the tournament is canceled due to COVID-19 by federal, state* or local guidelines*.
