GENERAL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

The following criteria are used by the tournament committee when selecting teams to participate in this event. 

1. Team Payment has been received
2. Team Hotel has been book through the event housing coordinator
3. Team level of of play based on the following listed below...

  • State Cup Results
  • League Results 
  • Previous Calendar Year Tournament results

8U (5v5):   

  • When possible there will be  Red (Most Competitive),Black (Competitive), and White (Least Competitive) Flights.
  • All teams will play a minimum of 3 games. 
  • Playing formats: 5v5
  • Awards given to First and Second Place teams.

11U-12U (9v9):    

  • When possible there will be Red (Most Competitive),Black (Competitive), and White (Least Competitive) Flights.
  • All teams will play a minimum of 3 games.
  • Playing formats: 9v9  
  • Awards given to First and Second Place teams.

9U-10U (7v7):   

  • When possible there will be Red (Most Competitive),Black (Competitive), and White (Least Competitive) Flights.
  • All teams will play a minimum of 3 games. 
  • Playing formats: 7v7
  • Awards given to First and Second Place teams.

13U-19U (11v11): 

  • When possible there will be Red (Most Competitive),Black (Competitive), and White (Least Competitive) Flights.
  • All teams will play a minimum of 3 games.
  • Playing format: 11v11
  • Awards given to First and Second Place teams.

things you need know before you apply:

The event is using the new GotSPORT software for team applications.
 

1. You will need to make sure that you have a GOTSPORT (not GOTSOCCER) account. 

2.  Please be prepared to make payment with a Credit Card

3. If you have a voucher code for a discount it must be inputted on the final page of the application.

4. Payments are not processed at the time of the application. Payments are processed with acceptance of the team, typically within 7 days of application.

5. We understand that this event is a STAY TO PLAY event and all teams are required to use the event's housing service for teams outside the commuting radius. You will be contacted by our housing manager after you fully complete your application.
