Welcome to the home of our Member Club Program!

The Member club program is designed to all allow clubs to plan and budget for events semi-annually or annually. 

There are 4 levels to the program:

Championship: This gives clubs the opportunity to pay for the events as a club via a single invoice to avoid processing fees .  Clubs can choose by event to event.

Premier:  Clubs can choose events  by the playing season (Fall or Spring) to receive Member Club pricing. 

Elite:  Clubs can choose events for the year (August-September) to receive Member Club pricing.  Clubs will be able to pay via a single invoice to avoid processing fees.

Partner Club: Clubs have partnered with SBD to help run their events.

Elite Level

 Benefits:

  • Member Club Savings on  SELECT events
  • Clubs will have the ability to pay via E-Check (ACH) at no cost via Quickbooks.
  • Complimentary hotel rooms for coaches traveling to events. (Based upon availability)
  • On-site VIP Hospitality for club coaches and directors.
  • Direct contact to tournament VIP staff members, for easy communication regarding your club and team needs.
  • Club logo and link on SBD website as well as included with marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Your club must commit the agreed upon number of teams to events throughout the playing year.

  • Number of teams required is based on a per club basis. Club total teams= 20 teams x 2= 40 teams committed for the year.
  • Clubs must commit to program on or before June 30.
  • fill out registration/ google form on or before June 30 (Fall Events) and December 15 ( Spring Events).
  • Clubs must reach out to SBD prior to applying to events. Teams will receive a voucher code from SBD for teams to apply with an expiration date. Failure to use the voucher may result in the clubs not getting the discount.
  • SBD will invoice the club once all teams have applied to the event by the specified date in the voucher email . The club must pay with an E-Check (ACH) at no cost via Quickbooks. If the club chooses to pay by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the invoice. SBD must receive payment within 7 days of the invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in loss of discount for the event. 
  • Failure to not complete the committed number of teams in a playing reason may result in the Club not receiving the full benefits in the next playing season.

Premier Level

Benefits:

  • Member Club Savings on SELECT events.
  • Complimentary hotel rooms for coaches traveling to events. (Based upon availability) 
  • On-site VIP Hospitality for club coaches and directors.
  • Direct contact to tournament VIP staff members, for easy communication regarding your club and team needs.
  • Club logo and link on SBD website as well as included with marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Your club must commit the agreed upon number of teams to events throughout a playing season. (Number of teams required is based on the size of the club)

  • Clubs must fill out registration/ google form on or before June 30 (Fall Events) or December 15 (Spring Events). This level breaks the playing calendar up into two seasons.
  • SBD will create a voucher code for Member Club Savings. Teams must still pay by credit card when applying to the event (s).
  • Teams must apply to any event by the Early Registration Deadline to receive the additional Member Club Pricing. If a team  fails to apply prior to Early Registration Deadline the team will still receive Early Registration Pricing.

Championship Level

Benefits:

  • Early Registration Savings on SELECT events.  
  • Teams will have the ability to pay via E-Check (ACH) at no cost via Quickbooks.
  • On-site VIP Hospitality for club coaches and directors.
  • Direct contact to tournament VIP staff members, for easy communication regarding your club and team needs.

Requirements:

Clubs must commit at least 6 teams to a single event.

  • The Club must reach out to SBD prior to Early Registration Deadline  for the selected event. The Club must give the event director a number of teams applying to the event. 
  • The Club will receive a voucher code from the event director for teams to apply by the Early Registration Deadline. Failure to use the voucher or may result in the clubs not getting the Early Registration Savings. 
  • SBD will invoice the club once all teams have applied to the event by the deadline date in the voucher email. The club must pay with an E-Check (ACH) at no cost via Quickbooks. If the club chooses to pay by credit card 3% will be added to the invoice. SBD must receive payment within 7 days of the invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in loss of discount for the event.  

Partner Club Level

Requirements

SBD Tournaments must be in contract with the Club to help run their tournament(s).

  • SBD will create a voucher code for Member Club Savings good for all events. Teams must still pay by credit card when applying to the event (s).
  • If a partner club is applying 6 or more teams to an event please reach out to the Member Club contact prior to the teams applying. Partner clubs will be invoiced at member club pricing and be able to pay by ACH (Quickbooks)
  • Teams must apply to any event by the Early Registration Deadline to receive the Member Club Pricing. If a team fails to apply prior to Early Registration Deadline the team will still receive Early Registration Pricing.
  • Failure to apply all teams to the event(s) by the Early Registration Deadline may result in the teams not getting the discount.  Failure to use the voucher code may result in the teams not getting the discount for the event.

Refund Policy and Cancelation Policy: Member Clubs Partners Only

Cancelation/ Refund Policy (Events that are fully canceled):
100% (percent) credit to be used for select events hosted by SBD Tournaments within 12 months of original date of canceled event  or 50% (percent) cash refund to be paid within 90 days of the canceled event. This only includes registration costs less the processing fees. 

Team Withdraws:
If a team withdraws prior to flights being posted 100% (percent) credit to be used for select events hosted by SBD Tournaments within 12 months of original date of the event.
