This position is a full time position with a flexible work schedule. The candidate should live in the Indianapolis area.
The candidate is encouraged to have a history of event experience or a degree in Sports Management or Event Management.
This position reports to the Director of Events.
This position is a salary position with bonus opportunities.
All event travel expenses are reimbursed or covered.
Oversees field managers, vendors, medical staff.
Maintain visibility around fields and ensure event runs smoothly
Setup and maintain field hydration
Scoring and advancement of teams through the weekend.
Communications to all teams including but not limited to weather, scoring, advancement.
Conflict Resolution
Interact with coaches, team managers and assist with any questions they may have.
Ensure games stay on schedule
Interact with coaches, team managers and assist with any questions they may have
